Genuinely in love with the collar. Super easy to clean and great quality. Diesel is a water/mud/sand baby, so waterproof gear is always our go to! How do I choose the right size?
We recommend measuring your dog’s neck snugly (but not tightly) with a soft tape measure, then checking our size guide. If your dog is between sizes, size up — you can always adjust with the rivets for a perfect fit.
Are the rivets easy to adjust or replace?
Yes! The collar comes with removable stainless steel rivets (plus 2 spares!), making it easy to change the fit or replace any part of the collar if needed. All you need is a screwdriver — we send instructions with your order.
What makes this collar different from other waterproof collars?
Our collars are custom-designed in New Zealand with a focus on durability, comfort, and modularity. Each component is replaceable, which means less waste and longer use. We also use rivets instead of traditional sliders, so the fit stays secure and doesn't loosen over time.
While Biothane collars can feel a little stiff, our dog collar is made from reinforced PVC webbing keeps its shape without the rigidity -making it comfortable for your dog and easy for you to handle.
Is the collar safe for strong pullers or large dogs?
Absolutely. We’ve designed it with double stainless steel D-rings and a secure quick-release buckle that can handle tough tugs. Just make sure you’re using the correct size for your pup and that you tighten the screws regularly.
Will it irritate my dog's neck or pull their fur?
Nope! The material is smooth, flexible, and gentle on fur. It’s designed to stay comfy all day, even for sensitive skin.
Does it come with a warranty or guarantee?
We stand by the quality of our collars and hope your pup will love theirs for years to come. If any stainless steel or zinc alloy hardware fails within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it. After that additional hardware will be available to purchase.
