Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is FREE to all urban address' in New Zealand. Excluding PO boxes. If you live rural, a charge of $5.70 occurs to cover the non-urban delivery fee.

All items are tracked using CourierPost. Check your shipping Confirmation email for a link or click here and enter your tracking details. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is processed.

All orders are placed on CourierPost's Overnight Delivery Service. Orders placed before 12pm are to be received the next working day after being picked up from Auckland.

*Delivery targets are a guide only. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including to and from rural or remote areas will take longer.

We don't want our pup pals across the ditch to miss out (Vienna is part Aussie Cattle Dog after all!). We offer options for both express courier and economy shipping at checkout.
