How do I take the collar apart?
You’ll need a screwdriver, pliers and a hairdryer.
Yes, a hairdryer. We use thread locker on our rivets to help stop them from loosening over time, so they can be a little firm to remove.
To make it easier, gently warm the rivet with a hairdryer first. Then use the screwdriver and pliers to carefully loosen and remove the hardware.
Take your time and avoid forcing it — a little heat should help soften the thread locker enough to get things moving.
Choose the right size
Please select the size of your existing Oh Vienna collar before ordering so we can send the correct hardware.
Our hardware differs by collar size, so a Small collar needs different hardware from a Medium, Large or XL.

Warranty Information
If your collar is within its 12-month hardware warranty and you believe the hardware has a genuine fault, please contact us before purchasing this pack.
For lost parts, customer damage, wear and tear, or out-of-warranty replacements, this hardware pack can be purchased for $15 including standard NZ postage.
Is shipping free?
We know that paying for shipping sucks so standard NZ postage is included in the price.
Replacement hardware packs are small and will usually be sent by standard post - remember snail mail? It still exists!
