How can I change my delivery address?

Product Questions
How do I know what size is right for my dog?
Great question! Our collars come in 3 sizes but the final adjustment will make it perfect for your pup. We've created a size guide for each of our collar sizes here
How do I fasten the collar?
The first time you fit your pups new collar, you'll need to attach the rivets for the perfect size.
1. Ensure the quick release clasp is locked shut
2. Wrap the collar around your pet’s neck, as you normally would.
3. Insert the rivet into the hole that gives your dog the best fit.
4. Press the back on the rivet in firmly.
5. Going forward, you only need to use the quick release buckle for easy on/ off.

How do I clean my collar?
Our collars are made from durable PVC which is 100% waterproof. Hand-wash only with warm soapy water. Wipe with a clean cloth. We recommend giving the collar a quick rinse when in contact with salt water.
What are the collars made of?
As dog owners, we totally understand how important your pups safety is. We have designed for purpose and play, all our products are durable and made with materials that will last but are also safe for your pet.
Our collars are made from PVC reinforced webbing with zinc alloy hardware and sturdy stainless steel D rings.
How have your collars been tested?
We have gone through many rounds of samples and product tests to ensure we are bringing you the best possible product. Vienna has put the collars through their paces - swimming in salt water, rolling in sand, wading through mud puddles and pulling on the leash. Additionally, Vienna's furry friends have tried the collars and they think they are pretty great!
