My tracking isn't working
Oh no! We’re sorry. It can take 1-2 business days for tracking numbers to activate. If it’s still not working after a couple days, just e-mail us at hello@ohvienna.co.nz and we’ll track down your order.
How can I change my delivery address?
We try to process orders very quickly, but please email us at hello@ohvienna.co.nz and we’ll do our best to have the address updated before it is sent out.

We accept credit card payments via Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as debit cards. We also accept payments via Apple Pay and Shop Pay.

Product Questions
How do I know what size is right for my dog?
Great question! Our collars come in 3 sizes but the final adjustment will make it perfect for your pup. We've created a size guide for each of our collar sizes here
How do I fasten the collar?
The first time you fit your pups new collar, you'll need to attach the rivets for the perfect size.
1. Find the side of the collar with the adjustable holes and unscrew the rivets. You'll
notice the D-ring and one side of the quick-release clasp come loose. These two
pieces will be separate. Size adjustments can only be made on this side of the collar
2. Make sure you’re able to fit two fingers comfortably under the collar to ensure it’s
not too tight. Once you know where you want the collar to sit, you’re ready to
choose the appropriate hole for the adjustment
3. Line up the two layers of the collar, and make sure that your selected size
adjustment lines up with the hole on the opposite side.
4. Take your first rivet and place the blunt side in from the back to the front through
the hole next to the buckle. This will secure the collar’s adjustment.
5. Slide the D-ring between the two layers of PVC.
6. Insert the second rivet the same way you did the first, through both layers of the
collar.
7. Going forward, you only need to use the quick release buckle for easy on/ off.

How do I clean my collar?
Our collars are made from durable PVC which is 100% waterproof. Hand-wash only with warm soapy water. Wipe with a clean cloth. We recommend giving the collar a quick rinse when in contact with salt water.
What are the collars made of?
As dog owners, we totally understand how important your pups safety is. We have designed for purpose and play, all our products are durable and made with materials that will last but are also safe for your pet.
Our collars are made from PVC reinforced webbing with zinc alloy hardware and sturdy stainless steel D rings & rivets. These ensure minimal rust and a longer collar life.
How have your collars been tested?
We have gone through many rounds of samples and product tests to ensure we are bringing you the best possible product. Vienna has put the collars through their paces - swimming in salt water, rolling in sand, wading through mud puddles and pulling on the leash. Additionally, Vienna's furry friends have tried the collars and they think they are pretty great!
