Hardware Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our collars and hope your pup will love theirs for years to come. If any stainless steel or zinc alloy hardware fails within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it*.

Our goal is for your collar to last well beyond that. All hardware is replaceable, and we believe in "buy once, buy right." Even years down the line—whether it's 5 or 10 years—we’ll have replacement parts available for purchase to keep your collar in top shape.

* This does not include wear and tear or damage to the PVC strap. Replacements are at the discretion of the Oh Vienna team. Excludes 'lost' rivets or hardware.
