Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Retailers must order a minimum of 5 collars per colour per size.

The minimum spend per wholesale order is $400

Orders over $1,000 qualify for free shipping (carriage paid).

Orders below this amount will incur standard shipping fees, which will be provided when order is placed.

First three orders must be paid in full via proforma invoice before dispatch.

From the fourth order onwards, payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.

Late payments may result in a pause on future orders until the balance is cleared.

Orders paid via proforma invoice will be dispatched within 3 working days of payment confirmation.

For accounts on 30-day terms, orders will be dispatched based on stock availability.

Any faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement or credit.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Retailers are expected to sell Oh Vienna products at or above the recommended retail price (RRP), unless otherwise agreed.

Retailers must represent the Oh Vienna brand in a way that aligns with our values and quality standards.
