From Beach to Bush – This Collar Can Handle It

I love the Oh Vienna Collar – it’s perfect for beach-loving dogs like mine. The waterproof, washable material means saltwater and sand are no problem. After a day chasing sea birds and digging in the sand, a quick rinse gets it looking fresh again.

The replaceable parts are brilliant – no more tossing the whole collar when a buckle or D-ring wears out. The stainless steel rivets are rust-resistant, so they hold up beautifully to regular swims in the sea. The quick-release buckle is secure but easy to open, and the engraved logo adds a stylish touch.

I also like that it’s eco-friendly – built to last and packaged in a super handy reusable canvas treat bag. It’s tough enough for endless beach days, and I can see it lasting for years of adventures at the beach or in the bush. Strauss loves it too!

Very happy with this collar. Always hard to find large size collars that aren’t too wide and this is it. Very quick delivery.

Size Small Collar

We love the collar. Strap and fittings are first class. The only drawback is that, with 20mm betwee holes, in size small a 20mm adjustment is quite a lot, so the adjustment can't quite be dialled in perfectly.

You’re absolutely right, a smaller adjustment range makes total sense for small breeds, and we’ll be keeping that in mind for our next batch.

How do I choose the right size?


We recommend measuring your dog’s neck snugly (but not tightly) with a soft tape measure, then checking our size guide. If your dog is between sizes, size up — you can always adjust with the rivets for a perfect fit.

Are the rivets easy to adjust or replace?


Yes! The collar comes with removable stainless steel rivets (plus 2 spares!), making it easy to change the fit or replace any part of the collar if needed. All you need is a screwdriver — we send instructions with your order.

What makes this collar different from other waterproof collars?


Our collars are custom-designed in New Zealand with a focus on durability, comfort, and modularity. Each component is replaceable, which means less waste and longer use. We also use rivets instead of traditional sliders, so the fit stays secure and doesn't loosen over time.

Is the collar safe for strong pullers or large dogs?


Absolutely. We’ve designed it with double stainless steel D-rings and a secure quick-release buckle that can handle tough tugs. Just make sure you’re using the correct size for your pup and that you tighten the screws regularly.

Will it irritate my dog's neck or pull their fur?


Nope! The material is smooth, flexible, and gentle on fur. It’s designed to stay comfy all day, even for sensitive skin.



Does it come with a warranty or guarantee?


We stand by the quality of our collars and hope your pup will love theirs for years to come. If any stainless steel or zinc alloy hardware fails within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it. After that additional hardware will be available to purchase.





Can I personalise the collar with my dog’s name?
